Recipe: Quick Chicken Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until it's almost cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan. Sauté the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
- Add the bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until they start to soften.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir everything together for another 2 minutes.
