Recipe: Honey Soy Glazed Salmon with Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the salmon in the pan, skin-side down, and cook for 3 minutes.
- While the salmon is cooking, steam the broccoli. You can use a microwave steamer for about 2 minutes or steam in a pot with a little water.
- Flip the salmon and brush the top with the honey soy glaze. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Serve the salmon with steamed broccoli on the side.
